Black Satin Lamour Liquid Ground is an opaque liquid engraving ground. It is a great alternative to solid engraving ground.It dries hard with a satin finish. Unlike solid ground, this Liquid Ground is incredibly durable. Once applied, you don’t need to worry about the ground chipping off. Giving you plenty of time to engrave your plate.Containing petrol essence, it dries quicker than our Ultraflex Engraver Varnish.

Black Satin Lamour Liquid Ground should only be applied to cold plates, after they have been degreased. You can do this with a supple brush or by pouring it directly on to the tilted plate.

1800-luvun jälkipuoliskolla taidegrafiikasta kehittyi täysimittainen liike, ja taiteilijat ottivat käyttöön käsitteen ”maalari-grafiikko”. Liikkeen keskus Pariisi sai uuden kemistin, François Charbonnelin, joka avasi myymälän lähelle École des Beaux-Artsia ja Louvrea.
